Training course

Voice and Communication for Executives

In a meeting, a presentation or a video call it is not only what you say that counts: it is how your voice sounds, how you move and how you connect with the people listening. In fifteen hours of workshop you work on all three, with recordings and group review.

  • Voice, body language and message, in a single workshop
  • For executives who present, negotiate and chair meetings
  • 40% theory and 60% practice, with recording and review
  • 15 in-person hours in Madrid, groups of about 15
  • Taught together by Ángel G. Morón and Javier Pascual

Hands-on, applied training

Truly communicating is more than speaking well

An executive presents results to a committee, defends a project before a client, chairs their team's meeting, and more and more often does it on a video call or in English. Hardly anyone has taught them how to use their voice, body and message to reach that audience.

This workshop brings together two disciplines worked on at the same time: voice technique and delivery, and good practice in public presentation in today's companies: body language, gestures, choice of key messages, concision and interaction with the audience.

It is not about imitating anyone, but about finding the resources to use your own. Less theory and more practice: each participant prepares their texts and presentations, is recorded, and the group reviews every piece of work.

Who it is for

Who is this course for?

Profile

Executives, managers and professionals who speak in public, present to clients or committees, chair meetings or represent their company at events and in the media.

Also for you if…

You have to communicate in a language that is not your own, many of your meetings are video calls, or you are looking for concrete recipes to prepare a talk.

Format for companies

Groups of about 15 people, from a single company or from several SMEs. We provide the classroom and the equipment at our offices in Madrid.

Where you are today

No previous experience in voice work or public speaking is needed. You do need to bring real talks: the workshop works on what you have to say this week, and it starts with a diagnosis of your voice.

Learning outcomes

By the end of the course you will be able to

Use your voice as a tool

Breathing, projection, pitch and rhythm so your voice carries the message instead of dimming it.

Communicate with your body

Posture, gestures, gaze and use of space that support what you say instead of contradicting it.

Choose the message

Decide on the key messages, put them in order and tell them concisely.

Connect with the audience

Read the room, hold attention, handle questions and interruptions, and enjoy it while making your listeners enjoy it.

Adapt to every format

Committee, client, team, event or video call, in Spanish or in English: every meeting calls for its own register.

Prepare your media

Presentations and visual aids that serve the message, and not the other way round.

The approach

Methodology

How it is taught

Format

In-person workshop: 40% theory and 60% practice.

Two instructors at once

Ángel G. Morón and Javier Pascual teach together. Voice and public presentation are not worked on separately, but on the same exercise.

Workshops with recording

Participants prepare texts and presentations, record themselves and review each piece of work together: how they use their voice and its resources, and how they project their image and handle their messages. Everyone leaves with personal recommendations to keep practising.

Fitted to the group

Training adapted to each participant's response and needs. It is not a closed syllabus: it adjusts to the audience and to what the group asks for.

Virtual Classroom

In the Virtual Classroom each block has its lessons to prepare the session and review it afterwards, interactive exercises to apply it to your voice and your real talks, and an exam with explained answers.

Requirements

None of a technical nature. Bring a real talk you have to give soon, written out or in outline, and complete the voice diagnosis in the Virtual Classroom beforehand.
