Hands-on, applied training
Stop using AI as a black box. Start working with it with sound judgment.
Knowing that generative artificial intelligence exists is not enough to get real value from it. The difference between using it as a more sophisticated search engine and turning it into a tool that multiplies what you can get done lies in understanding how it works: what a language model actually does, how effective instructions are designed and what criteria to apply when validating what it generates.
Using generative AI without understanding how it works produces results that are inconsistent and hard to validate. This course gives you the fundamentals you need to change that: understanding the model, designing effective instructions and applying judgment to what it generates.

Who it is for
Who is this course for?
Profile
Working professionals in any sector (management, communications, operations, finance, marketing, human resources) who already deal with AI tools at work but lack the fundamentals needed to use them with sound judgment.
Where you are today
You use ChatGPT or other tools intuitively and get inconsistent results, or you want to understand what lies behind these technologies before applying them in your organization. This course gives you the conceptual and practical framework to do so on solid ground.
Learning outcomes
By the end of the course you will be able to
Understand the models
Understand how language models and generative AI work, and apply that knowledge to make well-judged decisions about how to use them.
Design effective instructions
Design effective instructions that produce consistent results, avoiding the most common mistakes people make when interacting with these systems.
Evaluate and validate
Evaluate and validate the results generated, recognizing the structural limitations of the technology.
Choose the right tool
Select the tools in the ecosystem best suited to each task and professional context.
Integrate AI into your work
Integrate generative AI into real workflows in a way that is practical, responsible and aligned with the regulatory framework in force.
